The damage required all my flooring to be replaced which was significantly complicated by quite complicated and heavy built-in cabinetry. It is rare anywhere in the world, but especially for a foreigner in Thailand, to have construction work done in such a professional manner that for 80% of the time the work was being done, I was able to be out of town.
